You do not claim a hairstyle. Or a species. Copyrights do not even cover names, they cover the character as a whole.
Art theft is a -very- huge peev of mine, so please investigate more before being insulting enough to accuse someone of stealing. Especially with such a bland character design, it was quite offensive of you to do that.
